Mark your calendar for the WCC Value shop anniversary sale between Nov
16 and 20, 2018 at Island Plaza, Penang. The event is in conjunction with its
one-year anniversary! All tops, trousers, shorts, and skirts will be priced at
RM3 each. It's usually priced RM7 onwards each.

I was there on the first day of the sale and there was plenty of clothes
up for grabs. The shop's only dressing room was always occupied when I was at
WCC Value Shop between 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Regardless, I bought eight tops and
two pairs of children's slippers for only RM28 (approx US$6.80)!
